The invention discloses a clutch device of an electronic door lock and the electronic door lock. The clutch device is used for being linked with an electric device, a lock body and a lock cylinder of the electronic door lock. The clutch device comprises a driving square rod, a driven square rod, a driving gear, a driven gear, a synchronous gear, an ejector rod, a cam and a limiting mechanism. The synchronous gear is rotatably connected to the ejector rod; when the ejector rod is located at the first position, the synchronous gear is synchronously meshed with the driving gear and the driven gear; when the ejector rod is located at the second position, the synchronous gear is completely separated from the driving gear and the driven gear; the cam is located on the side, away from the synchronous gear, of the ejector rod and is synchronously and rotationally connected and fixed to the lock cylinder inner cylinder. The cam is provided with a cam groove, and the sliding block movable pin of the ejector rod moves in the cam groove along with rotation of the cam to drive the sliding block to be switched from the first position to the second position. The limiting mechanism enables the ejector rod to be kept at the first position or the second position. Therefore, it can be guaranteed that the mechanical key can always open the electronic door lock, and safety is high.
