Construction process for repairing and maintaining long-life steel ladle
The invention discloses a construction process for repairing and maintaining a long-life steel ladle. The construction process comprises the following steps: (1) respectively preparing repairing materials, namely a corundum spinel repairing material for a steel ladle wall and a magnesia carbon repairing material for a steel ladle slag line; (2) a new steel ladle lining is constructed on the inner wall of the steel ladle through the corundum spinel repairing material for the steel ladle wall in a 3D printing or jetting mode, and the steel ladle slag line part is constructed through the magnesia carbon repairing material for the steel ladle slag line; and (3) after all construction in the step (2) is completed, the steel ladle is baked. The problems that an existing steel ladle is high in repairing frequency and poor in repairing effect can be solved; the process is used for regularly repairing and maintaining the steel ladle at normal temperature, so that the lining of the steel ladle recovers to the thickness of a new ladle, the steel ladle can be safely and reliably used for a long time, the labor intensity of constructors is greatly reduced, and the consumption of refractory mineral raw materials per ton of steel is reduced.
