Preparation method of composite reinforced and modified steel slag artificial aggregate
The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) grinding steel slag, mixing the obtained steel slag powder with an acid solution, stirring, standing to activate and excite the steel slag powder, and drying the steel slag powder to obtain the modified steel slag powder. And (2) uniformly mixing the modified steel slag powder, cement, fly ash or silica fume, and granulating to obtain the artificial aggregate precursor. And (3) placing the artificial aggregate precursor in a mixed atmosphere of carbon dioxide and water vapor, carrying out carbonation treatment under a heating condition, and curing after the carbonation treatment is completed, so as to obtain the artificial aggregate. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, an acid activation and carbonation composite modification treatment mode is utilized, so that the activity and volume stability of the steel slag are improved, the steel slag is more suitable for preparation of the artificial aggregate, and meanwhile, the density and mechanical properties of the prepared artificial drum aggregate are also improved.
本发明公开一种经复合强化改性的钢渣人造骨料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将钢渣进行磨细处理,然后将得到的钢渣粉与酸液混合后先进行搅拌,然后静置,以对所述钢渣粉进行活化激发,完成后将所述钢渣粉烘干,即得改性钢渣粉。(2)将所述改性钢渣粉、水泥、粉煤灰或硅灰混匀后造粒,得人造骨料前驱体。(3)将所述人造骨料前驱体置于二氧化碳和水蒸气的混合气氛中,并在加热条件下进行碳酸化处理,完成后进行养护,即得人造骨料。本发明的制备方法利用酸活化和碳酸化复合改性处理方式不仅提高了钢渣的活性和体积稳定性,使其更加适合人造骨料的制备,同时还提高了制备的人造鼓骨料的密度和力学性能。
