The invention discloses a calcium carbonate oligomer reinforced siloxane oligomer modified hyperbranched polyester polyol solution for sandstone cultural relic protection and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing molten trimethylolpropane and 2, 2-dimethylolpropionic acid, then carrying out esterification reaction, and after the reaction is completed, purifying the reaction product to obtain hyperbranched polyester polyol; dissolving the hyperbranched polyester polyol in an organic solvent to obtain a hyperbranched polyester polyol solution, mixing the hyperbranched polyester polyol solution with a siloxane oligomer solution, and stirring until the solution is clear and transparent to obtain a siloxane oligomer modified hyperbranched polyester polyol solution; and mixing a calcium carbonate oligomer solution with the siloxane oligomer modified hyperbranched polyester polyol solution, and stirring until the solution is clear and transparent to obtain the calcium carbonate oligomer reinforced siloxane oligomer modified hyperbranched polyester polyol solution. According to the invention, the bonding strength and the damp-heat aging resistance of the bonded sandstone are improved.
本发明公开了砂岩文物保护用碳酸钙寡聚体增强硅氧烷低聚物改性超支化聚酯多醇溶液及制备方法,包括:将熔融的三羟甲基丙烷和2,2‑二羟甲基丙酸混合后进行酯化反应,待反应完成后,对反应产物进行纯化,得到超支化聚酯多醇;将所述超支化聚酯多醇溶解于有机溶剂中得到超支化聚酯多醇溶液,将所述超支化聚酯多醇溶液与硅氧烷低聚物溶液混合后搅拌至溶液澄清透明,得到硅氧烷低聚物改性的超支化聚酯多醇溶液;将碳酸钙寡聚体溶液与所述硅氧烷低聚物改性的超支化聚酯多醇溶液混合后搅拌至溶液澄清透明,得到碳酸钙寡聚体增强硅氧烷低聚物改性超支化聚酯多醇溶液。本发明提高了粘接强度及砂岩粘接后的耐湿热老化性能。
