Flexible-rigid hybrid siloxane oligomer as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a flexible-rigid hybrid siloxane oligomer and a preparation method and application thereof, and the method comprises the following steps: dissolving dialkoxy silane and tetraalkoxy silane in a solvent, and uniformly mixing and dispersing to obtain a stable dispersion solution; and adding a hydrolytic agent and a catalyst into the stable dispersion solution, heating and mixing, and carrying out hydrolytic condensation reaction to obtain the flexible-rigid hybrid siloxane oligomer. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method has the advantages that the dialkoxy silane is used as a precursor of a flexible chain segment, the tetraalkoxy silane is used as a precursor of a rigid network, the flexible-rigid hybrid siloxane oligomer is constructed by regulating and controlling a polymerization mode, reaction conditions and the like, the process is simple, the repeatability is good, and the obtained flexible-rigid hybrid siloxane oligomer has good application prospects. The silicate cultural relic protective material has the advantages of being good in film-forming property, free of cracking, stable, transparent, good in air permeability and the like, the problem that a traditional polysiloxane protective material is prone to cracking is solved, and the protection requirement of silicate cultural relics can be met.
本发明涉及一种柔性‑刚性杂交硅氧烷低聚物及其制备方法和应用,所述方法包括以下步骤:将二烷氧基硅烷和四烷氧基硅烷溶解至溶剂中,混合分散均匀,得到稳定分散溶液;向稳定分散溶液中加入水解剂和催化剂,加热混合,进行水解缩合反应,得到柔性‑刚性杂交硅氧烷低聚物。与现有技术相比,本发明以二烷氧基硅烷为柔性链段的前驱体,以四烷氧基硅烷为刚性网络的前驱体,通过调控聚合方式和反应条件等构筑柔性‑刚性杂交硅氧烷低聚物,工艺简单,重复性好,得到的柔性‑刚性杂交硅氧烷低聚物,具有成膜性能好、不开裂、稳定透明、透气性好等优势,克服了传统聚硅氧烷保护材料易开裂问题,能够满足硅酸盐质文物的保护需求。
