High-friction spherical bridge support
The invention provides a high-friction spherical bridge support which comprises a base plate, a horizontal sliding plate, a friction assembly and a spherical sliding seat, and the horizontal sliding plate is slidably mounted on the base plate; the friction assembly is arranged between the base plate and the horizontal sliding plate; the friction assembly is used for enabling the friction coefficient between the horizontal sliding plate and the base plate to be within a preset range and can relatively slide; the spherical sliding seat is fixedly mounted on the horizontal sliding plate; the spherical sliding seat automatically rotates around the axial direction of the spherical sliding seat so as to buffer the rotary shear deformation of the beam body; the spherical sliding seat moves along with the horizontal sliding plate in the preset horizontal linear direction so as to buffer linear shear deformation of the beam body. The friction assembly is arranged between the horizontal sliding plate and the base plate, so that better anti-seismic performance and anti-pressure ability are achieved, and the seismic reduction and isolation requirements of the bridge support in an earthquake area are met; and meanwhile, better wear resistance is achieved, the size of the product can be greatly reduced, the steel consumption is reduced, and the economical efficiency of the support product is improved.
