Water-free grouting construction method for fabricated diaphragm wall post-pouring structure
The invention discloses a water-free grouting construction method for an assembly type diaphragm wall post-pouring structure, which comprises the following steps: firstly prefabricating a wall body of a diaphragm wall, respectively mounting air bags vertically arranged along the wall body on two sides of a connecting end of the wall body, forming a post-pouring groove in the connecting end of the wall body, and arranging the post-pouring groove between the two air bags; then the wall bodies are placed into the excavated groove sections, and a set distance is formed between every two adjacent wall bodies placed into the groove sections; then a steel framework is placed between the two adjacent wall bodies, and the two sides of the steel framework are arranged in the two adjacent post-pouring grooves correspondingly; then the air bags are inflated, the air bags expand to seal the gap between the two sides of the connecting ends of the two adjacent wall bodies, then water, sludge and muck in the post-pouring groove are pumped out, and the post-pouring groove is washed; and finally, water in the post-pouring groove is drained, the post-pouring groove is filled with concrete, the poured concrete wraps the steel framework to form reinforced concrete, and the two adjacent wall bodies are fixedly connected. The wall splicing structure has the effect of improving the sealing effect of the wall splicing position.
