The invention provides an assembly type environment-friendly building structure, a building system and an assembly method.The assembly type environment-friendly building structure comprises a prefabricated column body, a prefabricated plate body and a supporting base, the prefabricated column body comprises four triangular column bodies, and the four triangular column bodies are fixedly matched to form the prefabricated column body with the rectangular cross section; clamping grooves are formed in the outer parts of at least two triangular cylinders in the length direction; clamping parts are arranged at the two ends of the prefabricated plate body, and the clamping parts are used for extending into the clamping grooves; the bottom surface of the supporting base is a placement surface, and a fixing groove into which the prefabricated column body extends is formed in the upper part of the supporting base; the number of the prefabricated column bodies, the number of the prefabricated plate bodies and the number of the supporting bases are all multiple. Compared with the prior art, the building structure in the scheme is easy to assemble, firm in connection, wide in application and capable of effectively reducing the transportation cost.
