Aerogel modified inorganic isolation and partition polystyrene insulation board and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials and fireproof thermal insulation materials, in particular to an aerogel modified inorganic isolated and partitioned polystyrene thermal insulation board with the combustion grade capable of reaching the A-grade standard and a preparation method of the aerogel modified inorganic isolated and partitioned polystyrene thermal insulation board. A polystyrene insulation board is used as a base material, the polystyrene insulation board is formed by foaming and compression molding of expandable polystyrene particles, aerogel modified inorganic flame-retardant mixtures are filled among the polystyrene particles, and aerogel modified inorganic isolation and partition structures are formed around insulation particle media. The upper and lower surfaces of the insulation board body are mechanically extruded to form density enhanced areas; low-energy-consumption normal-pressure physical pouring, vacuum auxiliary filling and mechanical enhanced extrusion modes are combined, so that particle gaps of the polystyrene foam board are uniformly filled with the aerogel modified inorganic flame-retardant material, a hard protection layer is formed, continuous combustion of flames is blocked while the strength is improved, and the effect of isolating the external flames is achieved.
