The invention discloses a heating device of an asphalt tank. The heating device comprises a combustor, a combustion pipe, a first heating pipe and a second heating pipe. The combustion pipe is a high-temperature-resistant straight pipe, an inlet of the combustion pipe is located outside the rear side face of the asphalt tank, and a pipe body extends into the asphalt tank through the rear side face of the asphalt tank; the combustor is arranged at an inlet of the combustion tube, and a flame jet orifice of the combustor is over against the inlet of the combustion tube; the combustion pipe is sleeved with the first heating pipe, and an inlet of the first heating pipe is located between the rear side face of the asphalt tank and the combustor and makes contact with outside air; the first heating pipe is longer than the combustion pipe; the second heating pipe is a U-shaped pipe, an inlet of the second heating pipe is connected with an outlet of the first heating pipe, and an outlet of the second heating pipe is located outside the rear side face of the asphalt tank. The asphalt heating device can improve the condition that existing asphalt is heated unevenly, so that the condition that the asphalt is deteriorated and aged due to excessive heating is reduced, and the service life of the asphalt is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种沥青罐的加热装置,包括燃烧器、燃烧管、第一加热管、第二加热管;燃烧管为耐高温的直管,其入口位于沥青罐的后侧面外,其管身经沥青罐的后侧面延伸至沥青罐内;燃烧器设置于燃烧管的入口处,且燃烧器的火焰喷射口正对燃烧管的入口;第一加热管套住燃烧管,第一加热管的入口位于沥青罐的后侧面与燃烧器之间并与外界空气接触;第一加热管的长度大于燃烧管的长度;第二加热管为U形管,其入口与第一加热管的出口连接,且第二加热管的出口位于沥青罐的后侧面外。本发明能够改善现有沥青加热不均匀的情况,从而减少沥青因加热过度而发生变质老化的情况,提高沥青使用寿命。
