The invention relates to an asphalt tank allowance display device, a use method and an asphalt tank. The asphalt tank allowance display device structurally comprises a connecting valve; one end of theconnecting valve is communicated with a connecting pipe; the end part of the connecting pipe is connected with an electronic liquid level meter; the electronic liquid level meter is electrically connected with a microcomputer; the connecting pipe is filled with a liquid medium; the connecting pipe comprises a first arc-shaped part which is bent upwards and a second arc-shaped part which is bent downwards; the first arc-shaped part and the second arc-shaped part are connected end to end; the microcomputer comprises a display screen and a processor; electric signals generated by the electronicliquid level meter are transmitted to the processor; and the processor is used for converting liquid level signals into volume values and outputting and displaying the volume values through the display screen. The liquid level height of the liquid asphalt in the asphalt tank body can be accurately read, the liquid level of the asphalt can be monitored in real time, the allowance of the liquid asphalt in the tank body can be clearly known, and the allowance of the asphalt can be conveniently monitored during construction so as to reasonably arrange work.
本发明涉及一种沥青罐余量显示装置、使用方法及沥青罐，沥青罐余量显示装置的结构包括连接阀门，在连接阀门的一端连通有连接管，在连接管的端部连接有电子液位计，电子液位计电连接有微型电脑，在连接管内填充满液体介质，连接管包括向上弯曲的第一弧形部分以及向下弯曲的第二弧形部分，第一弧形部分与第二弧形部分首尾相接，微型电脑包括显示屏以及处理器，电子液位计产生的电信号传递至处理器，处理器用于将液位信号换算为体积值并由显示屏输出显示。本发明能够准确的读出沥青罐罐体内液态沥青的液面高度，实现对沥青液面的实时监测，可以清楚的知晓罐体内液态沥青的余量，便于施工时监控沥青余量以合理的安排工作。
