The invention provides a crab-running four-bar mechanism, device and road roller, the crab-running four-bar mechanism is used for connecting a front frame with a rear frame, stepped connecting rods, arch-shaped connecting rods and crab-running shafts, the crab-running shafts are rotatably connected with the rear frame, the two crab-running shafts are distributed on two sides of the rear frame, the two crab-running shafts are respectively connected with the end parts of the arch-shaped connecting rods through the stepped connecting rods, and the arch-shaped connecting rods are connected with the rear frame through the stepped connecting rods. The crab-running mechanism further comprises a crab-running oil cylinder, and the crab-running oil cylinder is used for driving the arch-shaped connecting rod to move left and right relative to the rear frame, so that the front frame is driven to move left and right to form crab-running movement of the front frame and the rear frame. The two ends of the arch-shaped connecting rod are connected with the front frame through steering oil cylinders respectively, and the steering oil cylinders are used for driving the front frame to steer. The device further comprises a steering shaft, a swing shaft and a swing frame. The structure of the road roller hinged crabbing mechanism is optimized, so that the length of the whole set of crabbing mechanism is greatly shortened, interference of crabbing on the steering angle in the crabbing process is avoided, and the complete steering angle in the crabbing state is achieved.
