The invention relates to a ground anchor type space cable plane suspension bridge which comprises two cable bent towers, a main beam connected with the two cable bent towers, two main cables installed on the tops of the two cable bent towers and slings connected with the main beam and the main cables, and the ends of the two main cables extend to the outer sides of the cable bent towers. After the side span approaches to the center of the main beam, the side span downwards penetrates through the bridge floor from the transverse center of the main beam and is anchored on an anchorage; the projection of the main cables on the plane is a variable-distance curve, and the transverse center distance of the two main cables is gradually widened in the direction from the side span to the main beam.
