The invention discloses a light breakwater based on a three-dimensional assembled block, which comprises a breakwater core block and an artificial block which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside, and is characterized in that the breakwater core block is made of light concrete and is a three-dimensional mutually-embedded assembled block; the three-dimensional mutually-embedded assembly type block body comprises a middle part and two side parts which are arranged in the x-axis direction, and the middle part is provided with a y-axis direction convex body and a y-axis direction groove in the y-axis direction; an x-axis direction convex body and an x-axis direction groove are respectively arranged on the two side parts in the x-axis direction; the two side parts are respectively provided with a z-axis direction convex body and a z-axis direction groove in the z-axis direction; every two three-dimensional mutually-embedded assembly type block bodies are mutually embedded through the grooves and the convex bodies in the x direction, the y direction and the z direction to form the large-size concrete mutually-embedded interlocking block.
