A building foundation pit supporting formwork comprises a base and protection plates perpendicular to the base, a cavity is formed in the base, and a first driving device and a second driving device are arranged in the cavity; wherein the first driving device comprises a plurality of first rotating rods and a plurality of drill rods perpendicular to one another, and the first rotating rods are rotated to drive the drill rods to rotate in the vertical direction, so that the base is fixed; the second driving device is in transmission connection with the protection plate and used for pushing the protection plate to get close to or away from the base. The protection plate and the multiple drill rods are separately driven, so that the whole device is convenient to move in the other direction after being installed in one direction, the supporting effect is effectively guaranteed on the premise that installation is convenient, and the overall fixing efficiency of the device is improved through a second transmission mechanism; and through movable inserting connection among the reinforcing rods, the limiting rods and the corresponding limiting grooves, strong supporting of the upper end of the protection plate is achieved, and the supporting effect of the protection plate on the side wall of the foundation pit is effectively guaranteed.
