The walking hydraulic system comprises tires, an engine, a walking pump, a first walking motor, an electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve, a second walking motor, a gearbox and an accelerator pedal; the working hydraulic system comprises a steering oil cylinder, a bucket oil cylinder, a movable arm oil cylinder, a working pump, a steering wheel and a control handle; the controller is used for collecting pump opening pressure information of the walking pump and the working pump, stroke information of an accelerator pedal, gear information of a gearbox, rotating speed information of a steering wheel and angle information of a control handle. The rotating speed of the engine, the displacement of the first travel motor and the second travel motor, the displacement of the travel pump and the working pump, the opening degree of the electro-hydraulic proportional reversing valve and the disengagement and engagement of the clutch end of the gearbox are controlled; the loader speed control and high-speed gear shifting functions can be achieved.
