Comprising the following steps: constructing a water supply monitoring system; receiving the current water demand of the user and supplying water to the user; continuously acquiring the water supply quantity provided for the user in unit time, and updating the water supply quantity to a water supply quantity set; judging whether a plurality of continuous elements in the water supply amount set meet monitoring conditions or not, and if yes, recording and marking the elements and generating a mark set; and performing magnitude processing on the elements in the mark set to obtain a corresponding magnitude processing result, judging whether a corresponding warning condition is met or not based on the magnitude processing result, and if so, sending a warning instruction and performing monitoring judgment on one or more of the water source module, the water storage module or the pressurization module. According to the invention, data analysis is carried out on the basis of obtaining the actual water supply data of the user, remote data analysis is preferentially adopted, manual inspection is reduced, and the fault monitoring efficiency is improved.
