The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a construction method for multiple corridors between large-height-difference buildings, which comprises the following steps: determining a main stress layer in each corridor according to the design position of each corridor; the main stress layer and the corridors of all the layers above the main stress layer are assembled in advance, and a corridor assembly body is formed; the corridor assembly bodies are integrally lifted and installed at the design positions corresponding to the corridors; a lower hanging post bracket with the set length is reserved on a truss lower chord of the main stress layer corridor; and components of all layers of corridors below the main stress layer are hoisted in a segmented mode in the mode of retreating from the two sides to the middle, and all the components hoisted in the segmented mode are assembled at the design positions corresponding to all the layers of corridors below the main stress layer. Segmented construction is conducted on the multi-layer corridor through different construction methods, and the situation that the bearing capacity of a basement top plate is insufficient, and consequently the position of a crane is affected is avoided; by reserving the bracket of the lower hanging post, the situation that the lower hanging post cannot be vertically hoisted is avoided, the construction difficulty is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction period is shortened.
