本发明针对在低温环境下,外部环境温度无法满足灌浆料施工的要求的问题,提供一种装配式预制剪力墙灌浆套筒冬期低温环境施工方法,为具备蓄热保温的空间需求,装配式结构采用“后灌浆法”安装工艺。即吊装完成墙体后,临时支撑固定墙体,安装叠合楼板并完成顶板混凝土浇筑后覆盖保温材料进行保温封闭,将门窗洞口等采用保温材料封闭形成封闭空间。通过暖风机等加热设备进行加热并通过预埋的测温导线和室内温度计等读取实时温度数据,使套筒内灌浆作业温度达到‑5℃以上时进行套筒灌浆作业,满足低温灌浆料的使用要求,解决了冬期低温无法注浆作业的要求,本工法用于装配式建筑竖向墙柱连接的冬期施工的工程。
