The invention discloses a grouting sleeve for grouting construction of a fabricated bridge and a using method of the grouting sleeve, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction. The grouting sleeve comprises a sleeve body. The grouting opening is formed in the sleeve; the ball valve is detachably arranged at the grouting opening through a first connecting pipe; the slurry outlet is formed in the sleeve; the pressure sensor is detachably arranged at the slurry outlet through a second connecting pipe, an air hole is formed in the second connecting pipe, and the second connecting pipe is located between the slurry outlet and the pressure sensor. The grouting compactness is not subjectively judged by workers any more, but is judged through the values collected by the pressure sensors, and therefore the accuracy of the grouting compactness is improved.
本发明公开了一种装配式桥梁注浆施工的灌浆套筒及其使用方法,涉及桥梁建造技术领域。该灌浆套筒包括套筒;灌浆口,其开设于套筒上;球阀,其通过第一连接管可拆卸地设置于灌浆口;出浆口,其开设于套筒上;压力传感器,其通过第二连接管可拆卸地设置于出浆口,第二连接管上开设有气孔,且其位于出浆口与压力传感器之间。本发明注浆的密实度不再由工人主观判断,而是通过压力传感器的采集数值进行判断,从而提高注浆密实度的精准性。
