The invention provides an assembly type prefabricated truss floor support plate device which comprises a base, supports are symmetrically fixed to the surface of the base, a lifting plate is slidably connected to the middles of the two supports, moving parts are symmetrically slidably connected to the middle of the lifting plate, and clamps are movably mounted on the moving parts through buckle devices. A lifting device for driving the lifting plate to ascend and descend is installed on the top of the support, and an adjusting device for adjusting the distance between the two moving parts is installed on one side of each moving part. According to the assembly type prefabricated truss floor support plate device, the provided lifting device can lower the adjusting device to the lowest point, a floor support plate can be directly clamped, fixed and lifted to the mounting position for mounting, and a worker does not need to stand on a climbing tool to climb and lift the floor support plate at the same time; and the climbing danger of workers is avoided, and the working intensity of the workers is relieved.
