The invention provides a method for preparing active micro powder through composite excitation of coal gangue. The method comprises the following steps: S1, chemical excitation and thermal excitation: providing mixed powder of coal gangue and a calcium-containing modifier, carrying out roasting treatment, and then cooling to obtain an activated material; wherein the coal gangue accounts for not less than 90% of the weight of the mixed powder; and S2, mechanical excitation: grinding the activated material to obtain the active micro powder. The preparation method solves the problems that in the prior art, the active micro powder prepared from the coal gangue is various in formula variety, the coal gangue mixing amount is low, the auxiliary material price is high, and industrial application is difficult.
本发明提供了一种煤矸石复合激发制备活性微粉的方法。该方法包括:S1,化学激发和热激发:提供煤矸石和含钙改性剂的混合粉料,进行焙烧处理,然后冷却,得到活化料;其中,煤矸石占混合粉料重量的百分比不低于90%;S2,机械激发:粉磨活化料,得到活性微粉。本发明解决了现有技术中利用煤矸石制备活性微粉的配方种类繁多、煤矸石掺量较低、辅料价格昂贵、难以工业化应用的问题。
