The invention relates to a method for preparing a coal gangue-cement mortar test block by taking composite chemi-excitation coal gangue as a raw material. The coal gangue-cement mortar test block comprises the following raw materials by weight percent: cement clinker, coal gangue powder, anhydrous sodium sulfate, sodium silicate, quicklime, gypsum, standard sand and water. The method comprises the following steps of pouring the water, the cement clinker, the coal gangue powder and a chemi-excitation agent into a mixing pot, stirring at low speed, then adding the standard sand, and then stirring at high speed to obtain a mortar material; loading the mortar material into a test mould, vibrating for compaction on a vibrating table to obtain a mortar test sample, curing the mortar test sample and the test mould together in wet gas for 24 hours, then demoulding, horizontally or vertically placing the mortar test sample into the water after demoulding, and curing for 28 days to prepare a product. The method disclosed by the invention can be used for enhancing the activity of the coal gangue by carrying out composite excitation on the coal gangue, increasing the mixing amount of the coal gangue in a cement composite system and promoting the wide application of the coal gangue in industrial production.
