Slow-release polycarboxylic acid concrete water reducing agent with good fluidity and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete admixtures, in particular to a slow-release polycarboxylic acid concrete water reducing agent with good flowability and a preparation method of the slow-release polycarboxylic acid concrete water reducing agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding chlorinated polycarboxylic acid, modified polyether and methacrylic acid into a stirring kettle, heating and uniformly mixing; taking out the content, cooling and stirring to generate a basic solution; adding a slump retaining agent, an initiator and deionized water into the basic solution, and mixing to generate an intermediate solution; and adding a dispersing agent and a stabilizing agent into the intermediate solution, removing the precipitate, and dehydrating to prepare the water reducing agent. By adding the dispersing agent and the stabilizer, liquid particles can be uniformly dispersed, sedimentation and condensation of the liquid particles can be prevented, the stability and durability of the concrete can be improved, oxidized polyethylene wax can react with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate to generate sodium vinyl sulfonate with olefin double bonds and reactive sulfonic acid groups, and the stability and durability of the concrete are improved. The water reducer can be used as a water loss inhibitor to improve the slump of concrete, and can also be used as a dispersing aid to improve the flowability of the water reducer.
