Concrete self-healing crystallization protection material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a concrete self-healing crystallization protection material and a preparation method thereof. The material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 20 to 30 parts of nano silica sol, 10 to 15 parts of super absorbent polymer, 10 to 20 parts of penetrant, 30 to 50 parts of solid waste, 10 to 15 parts of solid activator and 5 to 10 parts of metal oxide, wherein the solid waste consists of slag, fly ash and silica fume in a mass ratio of (10-20): (8-10): (15-20); the solid exciting agent consists of sludge, red mud and plant ash in a mass ratio of (5-10): (8-10): (10-15); the metal oxide is composed of magnesium oxide and aluminum oxide in a mass ratio of (1-1.5): (1-2). The self-healing crystallization protection material has good permeability, and can fully fill capillary micropores and fine cracks of concrete to realize repair of the concrete cracks.
