The invention relates to the field of materials, in particular to a method for preparing complex SiC ceramic through DLP printing. Comprising the following steps: uniformly mixing gamma-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane with methanol, and carrying out hydrolytic polycondensation reaction under an acidic condition to obtain a precursor solution; adding glucose powder into the precursor solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain a photosensitive resin solution; putting the prepared photosensitive resin solution into a trough of a DLP printer, carrying out printing to obtain a ceramic green body, and carrying out post-curing to obtain a ceramic green body; and carrying out high-temperature pyrolysis on the ceramic green body according to a heating program, and cooling to obtain the SiC ceramic.
