The invention discloses a joint cutting device with a dust removal function. The joint cutting device comprises a machine body, a water spraying module, a joint cutting module and a dust removal module. The machine body is divided into an upper shell and a lower shell; the watering module is arranged at the front end of the machine body; the oil return path system is fixed to the outer wall of the suspension through a platform, an oil pump is connected with an oil tank and a reversing valve which is arranged at the bottom of the platform, the reversing valve is connected with an oil return cylinder and fixed to the side face of the platform, a rod body of the oil return cylinder is connected with the spring suspension, and two oil cylinders of an oil return path are connected with each other. The oil return cylinder is hinged to a clutch which is connected with an input-output shaft, a centrifugal block is arranged on the output shaft, the input end and the output end are in transmission connection through bevel gears, and an engine is connected with the bevel gears through belt transmission. The engine is connected with dust removal blades of the dust collection module through belt transmission, the dust removal blades are fixed in a dust removal box body, and a dust removal opening is provided with a filter screen.
