The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and particularly relates to a construction method of a cast-in-situ bored pile penetrating through an underground structure, comprising a crawler chassis, a turntable, a first hydraulic cylinder, a mounting arm and a support column; a rotating disc is rotatably mounted on the top surface of the crawler chassis, a plurality of first hydraulic cylinders are uniformly mounted on the top surface of the rotating disc in a surrounding manner, mounting arms are mounted at the ends of piston rods of the first hydraulic cylinders, and a plurality of supporting columns are slidably mounted in the middles of the mounting arms; the crawler chassis is controlled to move into the existing structure, the first hydraulic cylinder steel pushes the mounting arms to be unfolded outwards, and the multiple supporting columns are fixedly connected end to end and mounted in the middles of the mounting arms; an existing structure is supported through the multiple supporting columns, during drilling, only a first hydraulic cylinder needs to be rotated, the supporting positions of the supporting columns are changed, and the dismounting difficulty of workers is lowered; and after construction is completed, the crawler chassis is controlled to conduct transition, and the working efficiency of workers is improved.
