The invention provides an indoor insulation board with low harmful gas generation and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of insulation board materials. The heat insulation board comprises a heat insulation layer 2 and a decoration layer 1, and the heat insulation layer comprises, by mass, 4-8 parts of a formaldehyde catching agent, 80-120 parts of expanded polystyrene and 20-30 parts of a phosphorus flame retardant; the formaldehyde catching agent comprises alum subjected to hot alkali treatment; the heat preservation layer further comprises 5-10 parts of compatibilization auxiliary materials. According to the invention, the flame retardant is mixed with expanded polystyrene, a porous foam carbon layer is formed in the expanded polystyrene, and after the hot alkali modified alum is added, the porous foam carbon layer can be adsorbed into the carbon layer to adsorb and wrap formaldehyde in the expanded polystyrene, so that the effect of inhibiting release of harmful substances such as formaldehyde is achieved, and the compatibilization auxiliary material further inhibits release of formaldehyde; the prepared insulation board has the advantages of being good in insulation effect, high in flame retardance and high in safety.
本发明提供了一种低有害气体产生的室内保温板及其制备方法,属于保温板材料技术领域。所述保温板包括保温层2、装饰层1,按质量份数计,保温层包括:甲醛捕捉剂4‑8份、发泡聚苯乙烯80‑120份、磷系阻燃剂20‑30份;所述甲醛捕捉剂包括经过热碱处理的明矾;保温层还包括增容辅料5‑10份。本发明中阻燃剂与发泡聚苯乙烯混合,发泡聚苯乙烯中形成多孔泡沫炭层,热碱改性明矾加入后,能够被吸附到炭层中,将发泡聚苯乙烯中的甲醛进行吸附包裹,从而达到了抑制甲醛有害物质释放的效果,增容辅料进一步抑制了甲醛的释放,制备的保温板兼具保温效果好、阻燃性高、安全性高的优势。
