The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, adding water into a reaction kettle, heating to 30-35 DEG C, adding half of the weight of aluminum salt, and stirring for dissolving; adding 1/3 of sodium aluminate, stirring until the aluminum salt is dissolved, adding the residual aluminum salt and the residual sodium aluminate, and reacting at 60-80 DEG C for 2-3 hours to obtain a first solution; s2, slowly adding an alkalinity regulator into the first solution, and regulating the alkalinity degree to 16.4-30% to obtain a second solution; and S3, adding the stabilizer into the second solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain the product. The early strength agent provided by the invention can improve the early strength of the mine filling material, so that the mine filling material is finally set within 24 hours without influencing construction, the strength reaches 6 MPa within 28 days, the requirements of mine filling are met, and the cost of the filling material is greatly reduced.
