The lining concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 300 to 400 parts of cement, 40 to 50 parts of fly ash, 40 to 70 parts of mineral powder, 600 to 650 parts of fine aggregate, 1050 to 1150 parts of coarse aggregate, 150 to 200 parts of water, 7 to 11 parts of water reducing agent and 5 to 10 parts of air entraining agent, the water reducing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of a polyether macromonomer, 5 to 7 parts of an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, 4 to 6 parts of methyl 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoate, 2 to 4 parts of unsaturated amide, 1.0 to 2.0 parts of an oxidizing agent, 0.5 to 1.0 part of a reducing agent, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a chain transfer agent and 300 to 350 parts of deionized water. The lining concrete disclosed by the invention is low in bleeding rate and good in fluidity, the slump is not lost within 1 hour, bubbles are favorably discharged, and the problems of bleeding, voids and pitted surfaces, air holes and bubbles of tunnel lining concrete in the prior art can be solved.
