The invention discloses a modified silicon nitride composite material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that firstly, silicon nanowires serve as raw materials and are subjected to a gas-phase permeation reaction in the nitrogen atmosphere, and modified silicon nanowires are obtained; then adding silicon nitride, zirconium nitride, yttrium lutetium fluoride and sodium fluoborate into absolute ethyl alcohol, carrying out ball milling, adding the modified silicon nanowire, uniformly stirring and mixing, drying, forming and sintering to obtain a preform; and finally, the prefabricated body is subjected to nitriding treatment and annealing treatment in sequence, and the composite material is obtained. The obtained modified silicon nitride composite material is good in thermal conductivity, good in toughness, excellent in performance and good in application prospect.
本发明公开了一种改性氮化硅复合材料及其制备方法，先以硅纳米线为原料，在氮气气氛下，发生气相渗透反应，得到改性硅纳米线；然后将氮化硅、氮化锆、氟化钇镥、氟硼酸钠加入无水乙醇中，球磨，加入改性硅纳米线，搅拌混匀，干燥，成型，烧结，得到预制体；最后对预制体依次进行氮化处理、退火处理，即得。本发明所得改性氮化硅复合材料的导热性好，韧性好，性能优异，应用前景好。
