Porous silicon nitride/silicon carbide composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a porous silicon nitride/silicon carbide composite material and a preparation method thereof. The porous silicon nitride/silicon carbide composite material is provided with a silicon nitride whisker framework, and silicon carbide nanowires are filled in a surface layer and pores; the silicon carbide nanowire is synthesized in situ, and in-situ synthesis utilizes decomposition of carbon volatilized at high temperature, carbon left by pyrolysis and silicon nitride; the silicon nitride crystal whiskers are prepared from silicon nitride through high-temperature sintering, in-situ phase change and grain growth. The porous silicon nitride/silicon carbide composite material with a silicon nitride whisker skeleton and a structure in which silicon carbide nanowires are filled in the surface layer and pores is prepared by using unavoidable decomposition products and environmental impurities of silicon nitride in the sintering process, and the prepared material has an adjustable pore structure and surface appearance, is beneficial to cell adhesion and proliferation, and can be used for preparing the porous silicon nitride/silicon carbide composite material. Important application prospects are realized in the field of bone repair.
