The invention relates to an iron tailing-based soil improvement material and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing iron tailing powder, a pore forming agent, a foaming agent, a binder, a sintering aid and a solvent to obtain mixed slurry; (2) drying the mixed slurry obtained in the step (1) to obtain a green body; and sintering the obtained green body to obtain the iron tailing-based soil improvement material. By adopting a composite pore-forming process of a pore-forming agent adding method and a mixed foaming method, the prepared iron tailing-based soil improvement material has the characteristics of high aperture ratio, good water absorption, good water retention effect and good air permeability, meanwhile, the total amount of additives is small, the preparation time is short, the production efficiency is improved, the production cost is reduced, and the method is suitable for industrial production. And scale treatment of the iron tailings can be greatly promoted, and the comprehensive utilization rate is increased.
本发明涉及一种铁尾矿基土壤改良材料及其制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)混合铁尾矿粉、造孔剂、发泡剂、粘结剂、助烧剂以及溶剂,得到混合浆料;(2)步骤(1)所得混合浆料经干燥处理,得到生坯;对所得生坯进行烧结处理,得到所述铁尾矿基土壤改良材料。本发明采用添加造孔剂法和混合发泡法复合造孔工艺,制得的铁尾矿基土壤改良材料具有开孔率高、吸水性好、保水效果好和透气性佳的特点,同时添加剂总量少、制备时间短,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本,能够极大推动铁尾矿的规模处置,提高其综合利用率。
