The bearing base comprises a pouring layer, a heat insulation layer, a transition layer and a working layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top. Wherein the densities of the transition layer and the working layer are gradually increased in sequence. The volume densities of the transition layer and the working layer on the bearing base are sequentially increased, and the corresponding strength is also sequentially increased from bottom to top, so that the overall weight is reduced, meanwhile, less heat is absorbed in an annealing furnace, the energy utilization rate is increased, the cost is reduced, the top heavy working layer is high in gas erosion resistance, and the service life of the bearing base is prolonged.
