The invention discloses a polyurethane concrete bridge deck continuous structure which is characterized in that inclined planes are arranged at the ends of main beams, inverted-cone-shaped bases are arranged between bridge deck concrete layers on the two main beams, the inverted-cone-shaped bases abut against the inclined planes, leveling base plates are arranged above the inverted-cone-shaped bases, cushion blocks are fixedly arranged at the tops of the inverted-cone-shaped bases, damping spring columns are arranged on the cushion blocks in a sleeving mode, and the damping spring columns are arranged on the damping spring columns in a sleeving mode. The two ends of the damping spring columns abut against the inverted-cone-shaped base and the leveling base plate respectively, the polyurethane concrete pavement layer is laid on the leveling base plate, and a kerf at the connecting position of the polyurethane concrete pavement layer and the bridge deck concrete layer is filled with oil-immersed battens. According to the polyurethane concrete bridge deck continuous structure, the polyurethane concrete pavement layer is arranged, so that the polyurethane concrete bridge deck continuous structure is high in strength, small in elastic modulus and excellent in compression resistance and fracture resistance, cracks are not prone to being generated when the polyurethane concrete bridge deck continuous structure is affected by vibration of a beam plate or thermal expansion and cold contraction, and therefore the driving safety can be guaranteed.
