Cross-line erecting method for crossing multi-pier and multi-line beam
The invention discloses a cross-line erecting method for crossing multiple piers and multiple line beams. The method comprises the steps that a first side line beam falls on a moving and transporting device through a bridge girder erection machine; a telescopic oil cylinder is used for moving the first side boundary beam to the position above the first side boundary pier through a rail; the first side boundary beam is jacked upwards by 2-3 cm through an oil jack; the moving and transporting device and the telescopic oil cylinder are moved to the position above the main line pier, and the rail above the first side line pier is dismantled; the first side boundary beam is descended through retraction of the oil jack, support grouting is started, and erection of the first side boundary beam is completed; and then erecting the other side line beam, and finally completing the erection of the main line box beam. The main line bridge girder erection machine is used for moving girders of other lines across holes, then the girders fall to the position above the moving and transporting device, and the box girders are transported to the designated line through the moving and transporting device for girder body erection. The moving and transporting device is low in manufacturing cost and convenient to construct, and the construction period and the construction cost can be greatly saved.
