The invention discloses a construction method of a gate-type pier cover beam crossing an existing line. The construction method comprises the following steps: constructing a bearing platform; constructing a pier body; construction of pier bodies on the two sides of the gate-type pier is completed; a bent cap support is installed; a bent cap bottom formwork is laid on the middle-layer supporting platform; a bent cap steel reinforcement framework is installed; a bent cap steel reinforcement framework manufactured on the ground is integrally hoisted to a bent cap bottom formwork; a bent cap side formwork and an end formwork are installed; and concrete is poured to form the bent cap. The bent cap support adopts a protective structure composed of the half-through double-layer bailey beams, the load point of the bent cap is adjusted to the middle of the bailey beams, the strength of the large-span bailey beam support is guaranteed, meanwhile, the space for erecting an upper-layer protective shed frame and a lower-layer protective shed frame is reserved, a foundation is provided for good fusion of the protective shed frames and a bent cap support system, and the construction cost is reduced. Therefore, the problems existing in capping beam supporting and protection in existing line-crossing capping beam construction are well solved.
本发明公开了一种跨既有线门式墩盖梁施工方法,包括以下步骤:承台施工;墩身施工;完成门式墩两侧墩身的施工;盖梁支架安装;在中层支撑平台上铺设盖梁底模板;安装盖梁钢筋骨架;将在地面制作完成的盖梁钢筋骨架整体吊装到盖梁底模板上;安装盖梁侧模板和端模板;浇筑混凝土,浇筑形成盖梁。本发明盖梁支架采用由中承式双层贝雷梁组成的防护结构,将盖梁载荷点调整至贝雷梁中部,保证大跨度贝雷梁支架强度的同时,留出了上层、下层防护棚架搭设的空间,为防护棚架和盖梁支架体系的良好融合提供了基础,从而很好地解决了在跨既有线盖梁施工中盖梁支撑与防护中存在的问题。
