The invention relates to the technical field of tower column framework construction, in particular to a main tower steel bar framework high-altitude installation rapid positioning device which comprises a foundation steel bar table, a fixing disc, a bending lifting assembly and a fixing piece. The foundation steel bar table is used for installing steel bars, and a plurality of racks are arranged on the upper end face of the foundation steel bar table; the multiple racks are located on the side edges of the steel bars, and at least two racks are oppositely arranged. The number of the fixing discs is at least three, and a plurality of fixing holes for steel bars to penetrate through are formed in the three fixing discs.
