The high-strength steel wire anchorage device comprises a first anchor plate, a second anchor plate and a high-strength steel wire, the first anchor plate and the second anchor plate are anchored on a bridge, the two ends of the high-strength steel wire are fixed through wire fixing devices, and one wire fixing device is fixedly installed on the first anchor plate and forms a fixed anchor head; the other wire fixing device is installed on the second anchor plate in a sliding mode and forms a tensioning anchor head. The method has the beneficial effects that the anchor plates are fixed to the bottom face of the box girder through the anchoring anchor bolts implanted into the box girder concrete, the fixing anchor heads and the tensioning anchor heads are correspondingly installed on the two anchor plates, the tensioning bolts are locked after the high-strength steel wires are tensioned to the designed tonnage force by installing the tensioning system, the tensioning force range is wide, and the tensioning force can reach 5-40 tons; each bundle of high-strength steel wires can be tensioned at one time, the stress is uniform, and the prestress loss is small; meanwhile, the anchorage device is thin, additional load generated by reinforcement is small, and manufacturing cost is low.
本发明公开了一种高强钢丝锚具及安装工艺,包括第一锚板、第二锚板和高强钢丝,第一锚板和第二锚板锚固在桥梁上,高强钢丝的两端均通过固线装置固线,且一固线装置固定安装在第一锚板上并形成固定锚头,另一固线装置滑动安装在第二锚板上并形成张拉锚头。本发明的有益效果是:通过植入箱梁混凝土内的锚固锚栓,将锚板固定至箱梁底面,而两个锚板上对应安装有固定锚头和张拉锚头,通过安装张拉系统,将高强钢丝张拉到设计吨位力后,锁紧张拉螺栓,其张拉力范围广,其张拉力可达到有5吨~40吨;每束高强钢丝可一次性张拉完成,应力均匀,预应力损失小;同时锚具厚度较薄,加固产生附加荷载小,造价低。
