Steel pipe pile perpendicularity accurate control device and construction method thereof
The steel pipe pile perpendicularity accurate control device comprises an outer sleeve supporting frame with the upper portion and the lower portion open, a transverse movement transmission mechanism is arranged in the outer sleeve supporting frame, and a guide frame which is in transmission connection with the transverse movement transmission mechanism and provided with the upper portion and the lower portion open is further arranged in the outer sleeve supporting frame. The transverse movement transmission mechanism is used for driving the guide frame to transversely move in the outer sleeve supporting frame, the guide frame is provided with two positioning guide devices which are sequentially distributed from top to bottom, the two positioning guide devices coincide with the axis of the center line of the guide frame, and the positioning guide devices are used for adjusting the perpendicularity and the position of the steel pipe pile penetrating through the guide frame. The transverse moving transmission mechanism and the guide frame are arranged in the outer sleeve supporting frame, so that the guide frame is conveniently driven to transversely move in the outer sleeve supporting frame through power of the transverse moving transmission mechanism, the position of the guide frame is adjusted according to the construction position of the steel pipe pile, connection construction of the steel pipe pile is conveniently achieved, and meanwhile the steel pipe pile connecting device can adapt to different intervals.
本发明提供一种钢管桩垂直度精确控制装置及其施工方法,包括上下呈开口状的外套支撑架,外套支撑架的内部设置横移传动机构,外套支撑架的内部还设置与横移传动机构传动连接且上下开口的导向架,横移传动机构用于驱动导向架在外套支撑架中横移,导向架上设置有两个上下依次分布的定位导向装置,两个定位导向装置与导向架的中线轴线重合,定位导向装置用于对穿过导向架的钢管桩进行垂直度和位置的调整。通过在外套支撑架中设置横移传动机构和导向架,便于通过横移传动机构的动力驱动导向架在外套支撑架中横移,从而根据钢管桩的施工位置,调整导向架的位置,便于实现钢管桩的连接施工,同时可以适应不同的间距。
