The invention discloses an SMW construction method pile profile steel perpendicularity control device which comprises a fixed base with a rectangular section, a positioning mechanism is arranged on the fixed base, and the fixed base is connected with a fixed table with a trapezoidal section through a leveling mechanism. The inner walls of one of the two opposite sides of the fixing table are connected with guide-in pulleys which are symmetrically arranged through first adjusting mechanisms, the inner walls of the other two opposite sides of the fixing table are connected with positioning pulleys through second adjusting mechanisms, and a first pre-embedded opening penetrating through the fixing base is formed in the top of the fixing table. And a second pre-embedded opening which is communicated with the first pre-embedded opening and penetrates through the fixed base is formed in the fixed base. When the device is used, the distance between the positioning pulleys can be adjusted according to the size of the H-shaped steel, and the position of the guide-in pulley can be adjusted according to the H-shaped steel so as to guide in and position the profile steel with different sizes.
