Energy-saving and environment-friendly construction method for vaulted roof of natatorium
According to the energy-saving and environment-friendly construction method for the vaulted roof of the natatorium, foamed concrete is adopted for spraying and pouring, the foamed concrete is small in density and not prone to falling off, bubbles are reserved in the foamed concrete, the effects of heat preservation and sound absorption can be achieved, the heat preservation performance of the natatorium is improved, and the service life of the natatorium is prolonged. A dome steel framework is made of a steel truss; mounting a floor support plate at the bottom of the dome steel framework; and manufacturing the thermal insulation layer: firstly, fixing a steel mesh at the bottom of the floor support plate, then preparing foamed concrete containing bubbles, adding the foamed concrete into a high-pressure injection device, performing high-pressure injection on the bottom of the floor support plate to form a foamed concrete layer, and then repeatedly rolling on the foamed concrete by using a roller to volatilize the bubbles from the foamed concrete.
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种节能环保的游泳馆穹形屋顶施工方法采用发泡混凝土进行喷射浇筑,发泡混凝土密度小,不易脱落,且发泡混凝土内保留气泡,可以起到保温和吸音的作用,提高游泳馆的保温性能,其用钢桁架制成穹顶钢构架;在穹顶钢构架的底部安装楼承板;制作保温层:首先,在楼承板的底部固定钢网,然后制备含有气泡的发泡混凝土,将发泡混凝土加入高压喷射装置,对楼承板的底部进行高压喷射,形成发泡混凝土层,然后用滚轮在发泡混凝土上反复滚压,使气泡从发泡混凝土中挥发。
