The invention relates to a fabricated scaffold and a mounting and dismounting method thereof.The scaffold comprises a pedal and a plurality of supporting rods used for supporting the pedal, a cross rod is fixed between every two adjacent supporting rods, the supporting rods are arranged on the periphery of the pedal at intervals, the pedal is fixed to the cross rods through a plurality of buckling pieces, and the buckling pieces are arranged on the periphery of the pedal. The supporting rod comprises an upper rod, a lower rod and a connecting rod, the connecting rod comprises a first rotating block and a second rotating block which are rotationally connected with each other, the first rotating block is in threaded connection with the upper rod, and the second rotating block is in threaded connection with the lower rod. The technical problem that in the prior art, scaffold mounting and dismounting efficiency is low is solved.
