The anchor rod concrete pouring mold comprises a hemispherical base used for being buckled on the ground and a rotating pipe used for being arranged on an anchor rod in a sleeving mode, the base is formed by splicing two quarter spherical covers, and a groove is formed in the side, close to the other quarter spherical cover, of each quarter spherical cover. The two grooves are spliced to form a via hole, each quarter spherical cover is fixedly connected with a rib, and the two ribs are spliced to form a guide rail which has a T-shaped cross section and extends along a splicing seam of the base; the rotating pipe is formed by detachably connecting a first semicircular pipe and a second semicircular pipe, a first matching groove is formed in the end, close to the base, of the first semicircular pipe, a second matching groove is formed in the end, close to the base, of the second semicircular pipe, and a guide groove is formed between the first matching groove and the second matching groove. According to the anchor rod concrete pouring mold, when the lower side of the base is attached to the ground, the included angle between the rotating pipe and the ground can be adjusted.
