The invention discloses an ultra-high performance concrete spraying construction method which comprises the following steps: before construction, measuring and setting out a construction surface, setting a control elevation point, controlling the flatness of a wall surface by using a laser leveling instrument, and controlling the spraying thickness by using a corner bead and a screeding strip; opening a nozzle valve, adjusting the spraying pressure and the spraying flow, and spraying materials on the construction surface after the spraying adjustment is completed; checking whether the spraying quality and the thickness of the construction surface reach 13mm or not, and if the result is positive, spraying the surface layer by 2mm; checking whether the spraying quality and the thickness of the construction surface reach 15mm or not again; and a construction surface is subjected to facing treatment, and then a curing agent is brushed or wet water curing is adopted. According to the ultra-high-performance concrete spraying construction method, a complete set of technology is provided for application of the ultra-high-performance concrete spraying technology in the aspects of materials, design, construction, acceptance and the like, the design requirements for spraying, hanging, good performance and the like of UHPC are met, and a foundation is laid for benign development of building application of the ultra-high-performance concrete spraying construction method.
本发明公开一种超高性能混凝土喷射施工方法,包括:施工前对施工面进行测量放线,设定控制标高点,采用激光平水仪控制墙面的平整度,用护角线和冲筋条控制喷射厚度;打开喷头阀门,调整施喷压力与喷射流量,试喷调整完成后对施工面进行喷料;检查施工面的喷射质量和厚度是否达到13mm,若结果为是,则施喷面层2mm;再次检查施工面的喷射质量和厚度是否达到15mm;对施工面进行饰面处理,然后刷养护剂或采用湿水养护。本发明提供的超高性能混凝土喷射施工方法,为超高性能喷射混凝土技术应用在材料、设计、施工与验收等方面提供成套技术,实现了UHPC“喷得出”、“挂得住”、“性能好”等设计要求,使其在建筑应用的良性发展奠定基础。
