The device comprises a base, a support, an aluminum-magnesium-manganese roof panel and a collet chuck, and the aluminum-magnesium-manganese roof panel is meshed with the top end of the support through a meshing seam; the connecting mechanism comprises a sleeve clamp assembly arranged above the collet chuck, the sleeve clamp assembly comprises a left clamp and a right clamp, and the left clamp and the right clamp are connected in an embedded mode; the adjusting mechanism comprises a first rotating assembly arranged above the right clamp, and the first rotating assembly comprises a barrel groove and a rotating disc; and the top fixing mechanism comprises a curved surface photovoltaic panel body arranged above the meshing block. According to the invention, the special-shaped roof panel is firstly mounted by the mounting support, the photovoltaic panel bracket assembly is erected above the roof panel after the roof panel is mounted, and the photovoltaic panel can be directly mounted and fixed after the roof panel is mounted due to the fact that the photovoltaic panel and the roof panel are both curved surfaces, so that the mounting is convenient and efficient.
