The invention provides a zirconium oxide ceramic bone implantation prosthesis, zirconium oxide ceramic is composed of zirconium oxide, a stabilizer yttrium oxide and a sintering aid, the sintering aid comprises three combination modes of aluminum oxide and scandium trioxide, aluminum oxide and gallium sesquioxide, and scandium trioxide and gallium sesquioxide. The zirconium oxide ceramic bone implantation prosthesis comprises an artificial femoral head and a lining for hip joint replacement and application of the zirconium oxide ceramic bone implantation prosthesis to a knee joint prosthesis for knee joint replacement. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the sintering aids are added into the yttrium oxide-stabilized tetragonal-phase zirconia ceramic, and the sintering aids can generate a synergistic effect while forming a solid solution in zirconia, so that the sintering densification rate of the zirconia ceramic is remarkably improved; high density and fine grain size can be obtained at the temperature as low as 1300 DEG C, and the material has extremely excellent hydrothermal aging phase change resistance.
