Preparation process of zirconia ceramic prosthesis
The invention relates to a ceramic structure processing technology, in particular to a preparation technology of a zirconia ceramic prosthesis. The invention aims to provide the preparation process capable of producing the zirconia ceramic prosthesis with excellent performance. The preparation process of the zirconia ceramic prosthesis comprises the following steps: S10, mixing and grinding zirconia powder, a stabilizer and a sintering aid to obtain slurry; on the basis of the weight of the zirconium oxide powder, the adding amount of the stabilizer is 0.01-0.15 wt%, and the adding amount of the sintering aid is 0.2-0.5 wt%; s20, a solvent is added into the slurry, uniform mixing and spray drying are performed, and particles are obtained; s30, the particles are placed in a mold and subjected to cold press molding under the pressure of 200-400 MPa, and a green body is obtained; s35, drying the green body; s40, the green body is subjected to heat preservation at the temperature of 750-1200 DEG C, pre-sintering is completed, and a biscuit is obtained; and S50, sintering the biscuit in a sintering furnace in an air atmosphere or a vacuum atmosphere at 1300-1500 DEG C for 1-5 hours to obtain a product.
