The invention discloses a hydrogen power loader discharge water recycling device which comprises a hydrogen fuel engine, a hydrogen bottle, an exhaust pipe, a water tank, a water pump, a water outlet pipe, a spraying pipe, a three-way connector and an infrared temperature sensor. The hydrogen cylinder is connected with a hydrogen fuel engine, the hydrogen fuel engine is connected with an exhaust pipe, the exhaust pipe is connected with a water tank, the water tank is provided with a water pump, the water pump is connected with a three-way connector through a water outlet pipe, the water outlet pipe is divided into two paths at the three-way connector, one path is connected to a rear axle spraying pipe, the other path is connected to a front axle spraying pipe, and the spraying pipes spray water to a drive axle brake disc. An infrared temperature sensor is installed at the position of the brake disc, and the infrared temperature sensor transmits a detected brake disc temperature signal to the whole vehicle VCU. The waste water produced by the hydrogen fuel loader is used for cooling the brake disc of the drive axle, the problem of site pollution caused by random discharge of the waste water is solved, the problem of high temperature of the brake disc caused by long-time braking is also solved, and the braking reliability is improved.
本发明公布一种氢动力装载机排放水再利用装置，包括氢燃料发动机、氢瓶、排气管、水箱、水泵、出水管、喷淋管、三通接头和红外温度传感器；所述的氢瓶连接氢燃料发动机，氢燃料发动机连接排气管，排气管连接水箱，水箱上设有水泵，水泵通过出水管连接三通接头，出水管在三通接头处分成两路，一路连接到后桥喷淋管处，一路连接到前桥喷淋管，喷淋管将水喷到驱动桥制动盘上，制动盘处安装红外温度传感器，红外温度传感器将检测到的制动盘温度信号传递给整车VCU。本发明利用氢燃料装载机自身产出的废水来为驱动桥制动盘进行冷却，既解决了废水随意排放造成场地污染的问题，也解决了长时间制动导致的制动盘高温问题，提高了制动的可靠性。
